Our Advantage Maintenance Agreement Includes
Cooling Tune-Up Service
- Monitor thermostat operation
- Inspect inside of the cooling coil and clean as necessary (if applicable)
- Clean & inspect primary and secondary condensate drains
- Inspect and clean blower components and outdoor coils
- Inspect and test safety controls
- Lubricate all moving parts (where applicable)
- Check refrigerant charge and add up to 1 lb. of refrigerant free
- Inspect and tighten loose electrical connections
- Monitor voltage and amperage draw on compressor
Heating Tune-Up Service
- Inspect and clean blower components
- Lubricate all moving parts (where applicable)
- Apply protective coating to the outside unit
- Adjust gas pressure as necessary
- Inspect and tighten loose electrical connections
- Inspect pilot operation – adjust as necessary
- Monitor voltage and amperage draws
- Monitor flue draft for safe operation
- Inspect and test safety controls
- Inspect heat anticipation settings and thermostat operations
- Inspect heat exchanger and burners – vacuum and adjust as necessary
- Inspect for cracked heat exchanger
