Indoor Comfort installed our furnace and heat pump today. The process started with Steve figuring out the best package for our comfort and home set-up. He took some time to think about our needs and match what we expected out of our heating/cooling system. We made our appointment for the install, and the crew was prompt and evaluated everything before starting the project. The install was done professionally, timely, and with top notch knowledge of the equipment. Eric and Rich, the installers, were very careful with the install and took care of our house, even though the furnace it was in a tight space. After everything was finished they patiently explained our new system and thoroughly went through all of our setting on the new thermostat.
